Bring The SOAP Project to Your City!
The SOAP Project Outreach is a hands-on community program that helps groups take action against human trafficking locally.
Human trafficking has been reported in both poverty-stricken areas and suburban spaces. That’s why we focus on educating those working in hotels on the signs of trafficking—while providing resources that can help victims find a way out.
Together, we can raise awareness, equip communities, and help stop human trafficking.
You can be part of that impact.
Host a Community Outreach
The simplest way to get involved. Order a case of soap or makeup remover wipes, apply the provided labels, and ship it back for future outreach events.
Details:
Products and labels arrive separately. Just apply the labels and cover return shipping.
Note: About 6 people can label 1,000 bars in ~45 minutes.
Label and Donate a Case of Soap/Wipes
Host a SOAP Project Outreach
Help “SOAP Up” your community.
Secure a location, choose a date, and gather volunteers. You (or a designated leader) will guide participants using SOAP’s training materials and video.
Volunteers will:
Label soap and makeup remover wipes
Deliver items to local hotels
Share educational resources and missing children posters
We’re with you every step of the way and will help you make your outreach a success.
Host an Outreach with Theresa Flores
Bring a powerful, fully guided outreach to your community.
This event is led by Theresa Flores—survivor, author, and founder of The SOAP Project. She shares her story, equips volunteers, and inspires action through outreach training.
Theresa and her team handle the materials and administration.
You provide the location, date, and volunteers—and together we “SOAP Up” your community.
Star a SOAP Chapter in Your Area
Create lasting impact in your community. After training, you can launch your own chapter and host ongoing outreach events.
Your Chapter can:
Plan and lead local outreaches
Build partnerships in your community
Host fundraisers to support outreach efforts
Sell merchandise to grow your impact
You’ll also become part of a national network of SOAP chapters, with ongoing support and guidance from SOAP National.
Note: All SOAP chapters must be pre-approved and operate under the regulatory governance of The SOAP Project.
Support The SOAP Project
The SOAP Project depends heavily on voluntary donations to provide its wide range of services. We do not receive regular financial support from state or federal resources. Your contributions are tax-deductible in accordance with current IRS guidelines.
Your generosity provides critical funding that enables us to raise awareness of human trafficking through education, training, and outreach—and to support survivors with mental health services, trauma counseling, and pathways toward rebuilding their lives.
